Leasing for Summer and August, 2015

We have already begun taking apartment and townhome
reservations for August, 2015, and already there are a
few floor plans that may soon be full.  Those people
looking for new homes for the Fall leasing season are
encouraged to come in and talk to a leasing agent today.
A deposit of $250 per person can hold your new home
right now!

We are also beginning to put available homes on our
sales list for May and June, 2015.  If you need to get into
a new home early in the summer, contact a leasing agent
today.  We can keep you updated on specific floor plans
or sizes as they become available.  As soon as we know
that an apartment or townhome is available for May or
June, we can take a deposit to hold it for you.

If you have any questions, take a look at our
Process page, or simply contact our office.

Residents can now pay rent online!  (See the link on the
left side of the page.)  All residents s
hould have received a
letter by mail days that h
as instructions  on how to set up
your account.

With this new portal, you can do
one-time payments or set
up monthly recurring payments.  You can use your credit
card or pay with online check (bank transfer).

Your letter will have more details about the payment portal,
but let your leasing agent know if you have any questions.
Please note that your letter says that you are also able to
check your balance online; however, due to problems with
the processing company, this is not currently possible.  So
call the office if you need to check your balance.
